If you are interested in a public scheduled cruise, you can choose from our offer, which is listed on this website, where you can book it directly, or send an order by email or also book by phone. However, we always recommend that you place your order directly or send an email as we need your contact details to process your booking.
Recommendations
In order for us to communicate with you flexibly, it is always a good idea to include your phone number in addition to your email.
Please arrive at the pier well in advance, at least 10-15 minutes before departure. The boat cannot wait for late passengers and must depart on time.
Carry your cruise voucher either in paper form or on your mobile phone.
Where the boats depart from?
All regular cruises (hourly, lunch, dinner) depart from Dvořák's Quay at Štefánikova Bridge. For each cruise, the pier number and the name of the ship on which the cruise takes place are indicated. This information will also be on the voucher for the cruise.
What is the route of the cruise?
The one-hour cruise sails between the chambers Smichov and Štvanice. You will see the city centre, Prague Castle and pass under the Charles Bridge. Lunch/dinner cruises sail through the lock, so you see the whole centre including Vyšehrad.
Are refreshments available on board?
Each ship has its own bar where you can order from a wide range of drinks (hot, cold, alcoholic or non-alcoholic) or small snacks. Lunch and dinner cruises include buffet-style refreshments. You buy your own drinks on board the ship.
What is the composition of the buffet?
The menu on a regular cruise is specified in the specific menu. On regular public cruises, it is not possible to prepare a buffet on request or to change it in any way.
Is it possible to book a table and seat?
Tables are not normally reserved on public cruises, clients choose their own seats when they arrive on the ship. If you are a larger group, it is possible to arrange a table reservation for your group.
How far in advance do I need to make a reservation?
The earlier the better. We are used to arranging cruises at the last minute, but some cruises need to be paid for in advance either because of capacity or because it is a larger group of guests.
Can we bring our dog?
It is possible to take a smaller dog on most boats. Always make sure to let us know in advance that you want to bring your dog. It is better to deal individually from cruise to cruise and of course at your own risk.
Is the cruise also accessible for wheelchairs/pushchairs?
Definitely yes, but the width of the entrance is smaller than a standard door. Generally, if you are able to fold the manual wheelchair/pushchair and transfer the disabled person/child to the ship, then there should be no problem. Please note that the toilets are not adapted for wheelchair users.
Can we get a group discount?
Unfortunately we do not offer group discounts. Each person pays the price listed in the offer. Children from 0-3 are free, children from 4-9 have a reduced price.
Cars and buses are not allowed to enter and park on the embankment.
In addition to cruises, we can also offer guided tours and excursions in Prague or outside of Prague.
